Cesta Punta Pro Tour, the leading promotion of professional Cesta Punta in Iparralde (North Basque Country--France), has scheduled Cesta All Star, a tournament to be held at Donibane Lohizune (Saint-Jean-de-Luz--Campos Berri) (1--Frontons.net) (2--City--Wikipedia). It began on April 19, 2022 with Group matches and ended with a Final on April 28. Canal + televised the entire tournament. The matches are available on demand at the St. Jean-de Luz Cesta Punta Youtube site. That site also contains a playlist relevant to the Tournament, including full match videos, promotional videos, and, for the Basque, French, or Spanish speakers (all with French subtitles), a set of short interviews with players. Note: the newest videos are at the bottom of the playlist.

This Tournament is organized exactly as was the Jai Alai Winter Tour:
There are 6 doubles teams, divided into two Groups. Group Single Round Robins were played from April 19-22. At the end of Group play, the winner of Group A faced the runner up of Group B and the winner of Group B faced the runner up of Group A in The Semi-finals on April 26. The two winners played in a Final on April 28.
Each match was played in two sets to 15. A tie-breaker, if necessary, was played to 5. Each team was allowed 5 first serve Pasa (over serves). Under serves caused an immediate loss of point (though none occured). Carom serves were allowed.
League scoring was as follows:
2-0 win=400 points
2-1 win=300 points
1-2 loss=150 points
0-2 loss=50 points
Ties were broken by team point differential.
